Play Aloud is a family, a family of dedicated Early Years and Childcare professionals who support each other and thrive on providing the best care for the children and families.
We are keen to support our teams to learn and develop and can offer free training as an Early Years Educator at level 2 or 3, plus we offer a range of other training and development opportunities.
We truly care about our staff and will always work with committed staff to ensure that their work-live balance can change and adapt to suit their needs as things change over time.
We also love it if staff will share their hobbies and interests with the children, so if you can play the ukulele or juggle plates, if you can sing, or sign or do cartwheels or glass-painting…. Whatever you can bring to the table will be appreciated. We’d love to know what you can do!
